As the company looks toward the future, Erich Gibson has strategically brought in new team members to guide the Group into its next chapter. "After 50 years of work, it's not about stepping back, but about bringing in the right people to lead us forward," says Erich. Among these key elements are Lavi Palma and Conny Deuring, who have both brought fresh perspectives and extensive experience to the team.
Conny Deuring, founder of QuintaHills, now heads Algarve Property Agency the real estate division of Gibson Group, bringing over 30 years of sales experience and passion for matching people with their dreams. A partnership that was born through strong shared visions and values for the future: the perfect merge for a step in a new direction.
Lavi Palma, who joined the group at the same time as Conny as an Interior Designer, Store & Project Manager, emphasises the harmonious energy within the team, stating, "While we may have different approaches, we complement each other's strengths and share the same core values and vision."
